Shipping Policy

As we are a small family run business, we currently do one shipment per week.

We always aim to send out your orders on the Monday after they are placed. As some of our products are handmade, we have a cut off of midday on  Saturday to allow us time to hand make and prepare your order.

Orders placed after midday on a Saturday will be despatched the following Monday. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We make sure our packaging is suitable for each and every order that leaves us before we send it to you, so any breakages are highly unlikely. However in the event of any of your items sustaining damage in transit we will do our best to replace it as quickly as possible .

 

In order to do this, please send us a photograph of the item in question, along with your order number and we will arrange for the replacement to be sent out to you.

 

Unfortunately we don't currently offer refunds on items when you have just changed your mind, this is so that we can ensure product safety and continuity for our customers.
