Shipping & Returns
As we are a small family run business, we normally do one shipment per week.
We always aim to send out your orders on the Wednesday after they are placed. As some of our products are handmade, we have a cut off of midday on Saturday to allow us time to hand make and prepare your order.
Usually, orders placed after midday on a Saturday will be despatched the following Monday, however we are currently taking longer to process orders due to the busy Christmas period so some of your parcels might take up to 2 weeks to arrive.
